You are invited to the annual King County Regional Summer Hazards Seminar on Thursday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is an in-person event only at the King County EOC in Renton. Registration and networking will begin at 9 a.m. and lunch will be provided. The agenda includes a summer weather outlook by the NWS, a panel on the IMT/EOC interface and response during wildfires, burn scar hazard impacts and recovery, as well as extreme heat sheltering efforts.
